At SKB Kitchens we are not only selling all wood cabinets but are going with the market trends and selling European style cabinets.  We offer a great all wood cabinets at a reasonable price but also are stocking a more contemporary look in our European Express Style.  Pricing, Quality, and Service is what SKB Kitchens stands for and strives for in our customers.  We sell our kitchen cabinets at wholesale prices, and the highest quality with certification for ISO 9001, with over 15 yrs experience in the kitchen cabinet business we strive for perfection and reflect this in our service.

2) Lead time of Cabinets?
Lead time for our kitchen cabinets are usually 2-3 days lead time for will call if all cabinets are in stock and depending on availability.  For online orders this lead time increases to up to 10 day depending on location, lead time, and other factors such as weather.  Our European Express is in stock and the cabinets should be 100% at time of order.  In the event of an out of stock item we will fill your order ASAP and provide you with this information.  We will guarantee we have our product in stock or give you a discount on the item that is out of stock.  We would not be able to check availability until order is confirmed.

3) Kitchen Cabinets finish? 
The RTA cabinets are all white in the inside and outside.  They required color panels to match the door profile.  The all wood cabinets are natural maple vinyl interior finish and matching color exterior.

4) How does the cabinet shipped?
The kitchen cabinets are in carcasses (cabinet box).  The European Style is shipped in separate boxes, carcasses, drawers, and doors.  All carcasses include the hinges and screws needed to assemble.  The American Style or all wood are boxed RTA or knocked down in one full box.  For instance a W1230 comes with the carcass, door and hinges.  Only if you are shipping a glass cabinet would the door and glass cabinets are separate.  Not all cabinet lines are shipped the same, some are shipped differently but this is the majority.

5) What is the Product made of? 
European is made of particle board with all finish sides.  The doors are MDF and coated with a vinyl or wood veneer.  The American Style is 100% all wood construction in Maple, Cherry, Oak, or Beech wood.

6) Do you carry any other styles or sizes?
At SKB Kitchens we provide our customers with our very best top of the line cabinetry for your project.  We stock the most popular colors, and styles the market has to offer at a very competitive price.  In our European Style we offer a variety of color selection as special order.  The special order takes around 6-8 weeks to get and the service charge is a $250 fee to order.

7) Are cabinets complete or what are they missing? 
Our kitchens are mostly finish but the moldings, toe kicks, skins, fillers, and panels need to be bought separately.  What you need depends on the layout of the kitchen and how you detail like your kitchen to be.

8) How can I buy cabinets to resell or start my own business?
You can call us and save money by becoming an affiliate of SKB Kitchens and sell cabinets through us.  We can provide you with the information that you need to start your own business with a computer for layout design, buying door samples, and sending us your application with your resellers permit.

9) Shipping of product info? 
Orders usually shipped with in 48hours of order and will required to get a confirmation on order to verify weight and price of shipping.  We shipped nationwide but SKB Kitchens still has to verify pricing on shipping.

10) Do I Need to assemble cabinets? 
SKB Kitchens sends the Kitchen Cabinets as RTA and you will have to assemble cabinets.  They are similar to Ikea or Mills Pride cabinets.  The carcasse or box needs to be assembled and door attached.

11) What are the hours of operations? 
Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm Pacific time. Not open on weekend and holidays (eg. 4^th of July, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.)

12) Warranty on Cabinets? 
SKB Kitchens offers Life time limited warranty on our cabinets.  Please refer back to the warranty for further details.
